Hey y'all! Shelly, here.
Happy Friday!
Today, I'm sharing a fun friendship card with you!
I started by doing a little watercoloring with some die cut chicks. Which I simply used watercolor paper along with the chick die and then added my watercolors once I had the die cut pieces. Let dry and then simply adhere the beak and eyes. After, set aside. Easy peasy, right?!...
Next, I used the largest stitched dot rectangle die with white cardstock. Then added foam tape on the back and placed it on my card base. After I used the middle sized sentiment strip and then stamped on my sentiment. Once done, I added foam tap on the back of it and then added it to my card.
To finish things off, I used the 'friend' die with a nice aqua color cardstock and layered it four times. Before adhering my 'friend' die cut piece to my card, I added my chicks. Which I used foam tape on the back of, as well. Once done adding my chicks, I then added on my friend die cut and because I thought it needed a touch of something else...I added a little bit of ivory burlap twine. Simple, yeah?!...
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Enjoy your day!
