Happy Monday everyone... Annette Allen here with you again today with a card using the new A Jillian Vance: Circuit Board Background Builder Cling Stamp along with the Light Bulb Die Set and Watts Up? Stamp Set.
How fun is this collection? I love this Circuit Board Background. I think it would look great in just about any color. You can even do an ombre look. The possibilities are endless.
I die cut the Light Bulb Die from the base of the card and then I used two pieces of vellum and filled with yellow sequins and adhered it to the card. I went with some silver glitter paper for the light bulb accents and stamped the sentiment on a piece of white card-stock and adhered to card. Totally simple to create.
