Not quite ready to give up summer?
The Dancing Daisies Cover Plate is a perfect set to use any time of year.
I cut the Dancing Daisies Cover Plate from some Bristol Smooth Cardstock, I did not remove the positive piece at this point. I left it inside the frame and sponged it with a rainbow of Distress Oxide inks--Candy Apple, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn and Peacock Feather. I flicked some clean water on to the panel and absorbed some of the ink with paper towel, once it was dry I removed the positive piece. I lay the cut over top of my card base and made a pencil mark where I wanted to put my sentiment. I stamped the sentiment on with black ink and then put foam tape on the back of the rainbow Dancing Daisies Cover Plate and adhered it to the front of the card for some added dimension!

Terrific colors on the daisies Tracey! The water droplets add so much interest. This is perfect for all of us who don't want to see summer end!
