Hello, Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend!
Bunny here showing a fun card using the Dancing Daisies Cover Plate along with the coordinating Daisy Die Set (one of Jillian's first USA made dies designed after her daisy in her logo!)
AND the Brand New Open Daisies Die Set.
So this weekend we were in Sharonville, Ohio for Stampaway USA, one of THE BEST stamping conventions in the USA for sure! Lots of classes and shopping and best part for us seeing friends, customers and making new ones too! You need to make plans for next years show which runs August 7th to the 10th, 2019!
Jillian did a make and take using this Cover plate and it sure was a HIT! So I did a little different take on it, using the Petite Flower Pot which I cut out of Kraft Paper, and ink blended with Catherine Pooler Icing on the Cake Ink for the perfect flower pot color! I also used CP Juniper Mist ink to stamp the sentiment, which is perfect for this card, found on the Picking Daisies Stamp Set by Lisa Lara on a Stitched Sentiment Strip.
Once I cut the Cover plate in yellow, which layers nicely on an A-2 card, I cut white solid daisies and Navy Blue Open Daisies and layered accordingly!

The leaves are from the Leaves and Petals Die Set and I created the stem from Jillian's Slippery Slopes Die set ~ which put horizontally makes a great Christmas Light string!
EASY PEASY card!!!
Here is a photo of the cards Jillian created for the Make and Take.
