I really meant it when I said I would see you again soon! ;-) Lisa Hoel here again with a Valentine card that is a bit different from yesterday's.
The background is Faded Jeans Spray Distress Stain with the pine trees stamped and embossed with black embossing powder for more pop. I stamped the sentiment before I used the Scattered Stars Strip die so I could cut around it.
The "moon" is cut out of Distress Watercolor Cardstock (I wanted the textured paper) that I colored with Antique Linen Distress Oxide Ink, Fossilized Amber Distress Ink and a touch of Pumice Stone Distress Ink. I used my stamping platform to line up the stamping on the moon with the stamping on the background.
