Happy 2017! Maybe you made a resolution to read more. I know I did. Kecia Waters on the blog today sharing some colorful bookmarks I made to assist me in keeping my resolution.
On three narrow strips of Ranger Distress Watercolor cardstock, I stamped the heart image from AJVD's "Cup of Love" stamp set with Versafine Onyx Black. I did some watercolor experimenting and practicing using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers Once dry, I framed the strips with black cardstock.

Though this probably wasn't how Jillian imaged this heart would be used, I'm thinking it is kinda fun to look at your stamps and used them in unintended ways. How cool would a string of hearts look on a Valentine's Day card? Stay tuned...I might just try it.
