Frankly, my dear, I just love making Halloween cards. Kecia Waters on the blog today, sharing a creation make with AJVD's "Happy {OWL}oween" stamp set.
To make this fun card, I drew the moon with Memento Tuxedo Black marker on a piece of X-Press It cardstock. I lightly sponged some SeaShells Conch Shell dye ink onto the moon, as well as lightly streaked some Marvy gray dye ink across my moon. Then, I colored the sky with Copic markers. Using the tree branch image from AJVD's "Happy {OWL}entine's Day" stamp set, I stamped the image with Versafine Onxy Black.
Then, with the AJVD's "Happy {OWL}oween" stamp set, I stamped the Frankenstein owl and screws with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a scrap of X-Press It cardstock. I colored the image with Copic markers, fussy cut and adhered to the branch. I then used white pigment ink and white embossing powder for the sentiment, which is also a part of "Happy {OWL}oween". I framed the spooky scene with black cardstock and then placed it upon a white cardstock panel.
AJVD's Stamp Sets:
X-Press It cardstock, black cardstock, Copic markers, Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink, Memento Tuxedo Black marker, SeaShells Conch Shell dye, Marvy gray dye, Versafine Onxy Black pigment, white pigment ink, white embossing powder
Frankly, my dear, I hope you have a great week! Thanks so much for stopping by the AJVD blog!
