Happy Wednesday A Jillian Vance Design fans!! Rosemary here with a birthday card that I made using the fun Birthday Art stamp set.
Pineapples are all the rage right now and so I used a fun patterned paper from the My Mind's Eye On Trend 2 that has gold foil pineapples on it. I stamped the sentiment from Birthday Art in Delicata Golden Glitz ink on white cardstock and then die cut it using the rectangle die from the Minnie Pearl tag set. The top portion of the sentiment was stamped again in the Golden Glitz ink on some green paper from the On Trend 2 pad and trimmed out. The ink is a bit hard to see, but it looks really pretty in real life. I have included a close up of the banner. I then attached the banner to the stamped panel. I tied some gold thread to a mini binder clip and then attached that to the sentiment panel. A bow was tied from thin white hemp twine, the ends curled and then attached to the binder clip. Finally I die cut the pineapple paper using a Polka Dot rectangle backdrop die and adhered that to a light grey cardstock base and then adhered the sentiment panel. Since this is a birthday card I'm going to add this to the current Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge.

perfect, I love it!
Your tag is wonderful with the pretty paper for the background! Love how you added the banner & clip--great card, Rosemary!
Rosemary, what a lovely card this is.
Fabulous design.
Super fun and cute!
Just gorgeous! Love, the gold, green, and white color combo!
That pineapple paper and this sentiment tag are perfect together!! I like the twine and wee bit of gold thread too. This is so PRETTY Rosemary!!
So beautiful and cute at the same time Rosi. I love the pineapple background and tag with your sentiment.
What a great theme idea for a card! I would've never in a million years thought to combine pineapples with birthdays, but you nailed it! I also really like the way you structured this card with a tag on top and the twine looks amazing! Thanks for sharing your talents with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
