A Patriotic Cup of Cheer

AJVD, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, patriotic

Lots of red, white and booms will be happening this upcoming weekend in the United States.  I thought it might be fun to give the stamp set "Cup of Love" a patriotic look to celebrate.  Kecia Waters on the blog today.

To make this card, I stamped the image of the stained glass cup image from "Cup of Love" on a piece of X-Press It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. Using a star stencil, I drew the stars on the cup.  I colored the image with Copic markers, and then stamped the sentiment from "Simply Said: Perk Up" with white pigment ink and then adhered white embossing powder and applied heat.

I added Glossy Accents to the image for some stained glass shine.  A different looking effect.
