Hey y'all! Shelly, here!
Happy, Friday! :)
Today, I have a fun birthday card to share! Lately, I've been on a birthday card making kick! lol Normally, I'm not making a whole lot of birthday cards. Though, when you know so many birthdays coming up, what's one to do?! ;)
I kept things nice and simple with a 'pop' of color. I started with my Layered Flower Burst die, I used it with white cardstock and then black cardstock (which I did two times). After, I took my white die cut piece and added some color using distress ink. Once I liked how it looked I added my other die cut pieces under my colored piece (note: I left the center die cut pieces in the middle of flower).
After adhering everything together, I added some twine and my sentiment pieces. Which for my sentiment pieces, I used the Birthday Art stamp set and just did a little cutting afterwards. Then I attached it to my flower/card. Oh, and once again I did use the Polka Dot Rectangle die for my base. ;)
So what do you think?!...I'd love to hear!
