Hello there! It's Lisa Hoel guest posting with a springy birthday card for you. Last November I created a similar card with a fall theme but this has a decidedly different feel:
It just shows how versatile the Towering Tree Die set is. ;-) The leaves on the tree were applied with colored texture paste through a stencil. Did you know you can tint paste to make a custom color? I added about five drops of Peeling Paint Distress Ink re-inker to a blob of texture paste. I added a few pinches of green Perfect Pearls to give it a bit of shimmer too. Mix it around with a palette knife and then apply. Super easy and you can make it whatever color you want!
Thanks for stopping by and happy spring!
Misc. Supplies
Distress Inks, Distress Texture Paste, foam tape, Tiny Attacher, cardstock

This is such a fun and sweet card!
Wow, this is more like a piece of art I would frame rather than send through the mail! It's just gorgeous!
