Hey AJVD friends!! Rosemary here on the blog today with another little card that I made using the super fun (and fabulous) Home Sweet Home stamp set and the Hoop It Up dies. This time I made a shaker card using the hoop elements from the die set.
To create my hoop I die cut the outer hoop twice from kraft cardstock. The acetate window and interior piece were die cut using a circle die that fit slightly inside the hoop frame. The little top piece was die cut from silver cardstock. To create some depth so that I could add in the flat sequins I cut an additional hoop from fun foam. I adhered the little metal piece to the top hoop frame and then added the acetate window and the fun foam. The sentiment was stamped on the interior circle and that piece was adhered to the bottom hoop. I added the sequins (AJVD Snowcap white and fuchsia) and then added the bottom piece. A twine bow was added to finish off the shaker. I then adhered the shaker to a piece of patterned paper with a stitching motif.
