Christmas Blessings...

Hey A Jillian Vance Design fans!!  Rosemary here today on the blog.  Have you seen the new Christmas stamps and dies that are in the A Jillian Vance Design store?  If not, make sure you take the time to stop in the shop and check them out.  Tons of cute stuff!  All this month the design team is going to be showcasing these fun new products and today I have a card to share using the new Simply Noted:  Holly set. 

I went with a red and silver color scheme for my card today.  After cutting a white panel to fit my dark red card base I stamped the holly image from Simply Noted:  Holly in the same dark red ink in the center of the panel.  A piece of patterned paper from the Teresa Collins Tinsel and Company pad was cut into two pieces of the same size and a border was created using a border punch.  Before adhering the botton piece I stamped it with the "Christmas Blessing" sentiment in black ink.  Some dark red bakers twine was tied around the top piece and some silver jingle bells added.  Both pieces were adhered to the main panel and then adhered to the card base.  To keep things a bit flatter for easier mailing simple leave off the jingle bells.
