Hi, Lisa Lara here today sharing these easy
Neon Thank You's
I cut my black panel to 3 3/4" x 5. Then I used the double stitched die from Top Stitched Borders to make my border. I used little strips of washi tape to hold it in place as I ran it through my Cuttlebug.
Then I heat embossed my sentiment from Merry & Bright stamp set.
I made a liner using Copy paper for the inside.
I stamped this sentiment using Simply Noted: Damask stamp set.
