Happy Monday! Kecia Waters here on the AJVD blog today. As we head into the month of October, we are reminded of Breast Cancer Awareness. I'm sure we've all been touched by this disease in some way. I have a friend who is right now battling the disease. This card is certainly coming her way for encouragement.
To make this CAS card, I used the wreath die from AJVD's "Wreath of Hope Stamp and Die Combo" to cut the wreath from X-Press It cardstock. I stamped the wreath image on the cut wreath using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I colored the wreath with Copic markers.
I "decorated" the wreath with pink rhinestones, a pink sheer bow, and the pink awareness ribbon that was made by stamping the image from the "Wreath of Hope Stamp and Die Combo". It too was colored with Copic markers, and was cut with detailed scissors. I pop-dotted the ribbon onto a white cardstock panel.
The sentiment of "Believe", also from the "Wreath of Hope Stamp and Die Combo" was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
