New Quilt Block Dies from A Jillian Vance Design

I am totally in love with these new dies!!!
I decided to make a card set to show the same color combination but with different blocks ~which might be a nice card set gift to a friend!
There are five different blocks in all and unlimited color/print combinations possible!
Design to your hearts desire!  Not a quilter ~ Just search the quilt block name on Pinterest to get some  color inspiration!
They are dual purpose dies which means they leave a stitching line on the negative die cut. If you look at the card layer stamped with Meandering Stitches, you can see the stitching lines cut into that layer around the quilt block.
 The Nine Patch
The Pinwheel
AJVD products used:

  Additional support products I used:
Ranger Jet Black Archival Ink
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L:  EZ Runner, 3D Foam Squares in Black
Vintage Seam Binding
Thanks for stopping  by today!  All the Dies and Stamps with the exception of Meandering Stitches which we expect by February 7th are in stock and shipping!

Lucky Friend

Wow...it's the last Wednesday of the month and I am officially coming up to finishing my FIRST actual month on the TRUE AJVD Design Team!  I was fortunate to guest design for November and December, and then asked to take on a regular position!  Let me tell you, that was one of the best things I could have done!  I am definitely one LUCKY girl to be working with such an AMAZING company and team!  I am definitely LUCKY to have these "new friends", even if there is some distance...it is still a TRUE FRIENDSHIP!

I have chosen to use our fun "Lucky Stamp Set" and this card would be perfect to give to that special friend!  This card was also created using this weeks Mojo Monday 330 sketch.  Sometimes we all need that little inspiration, to get our thoughts going!  Here is the sketch:

And my take on the sketch:

I decided to turn my sketch on its side and work with it that way!  This card was so much fun to create and I just LOVE the stamps!  I am sure we all have that special friend, that would enjoy getting this card in the mail.

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my AJVD creation!  Please take some time and check out my personal blog;

Blessings & Hope...
Misty

Below is a recipe of all the products I used!

  • White Cardstock
  • Clear Embossing Ink
  • Ranger Clear Embossing Powder
  • Green Ink

I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Jillian

Lucky Mini Cards

I just love mini cards! These are perfect for class mates or as lunch box notes from mom!

I used the Lucky Stamp set, Vintage Vine Background Builder, our {die}velop Foto Frames Die set, the Moustache/Lips Die Set and Ranger Inks Emerald Green Archival Ink.  I added a little bow using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Dodz and  TADA!
Quick and easy!

Using Ranger Inks Emerald Green Archival Ink on the Sunburst Swirls Background Builder and Lucky Stamp Set makes this a bold St. Patty's Day card. I just wish I had an Action Wobble for it ~ how cute would that have been to make the Shamrock dance!
