{POP}ing By and DP

Lisa here. 

 I got this new paper a month ago and was flipping through it and just loved this panel on the page. So I cut it out and built my card around it.  I cut a small piece of white and stamped my soda outline then stamped in pink  with the silhouette.  I did this twice and cut out the second, dry embossed it and used rolled up glue dots to adhere.  

 I am also offering this set up as BLOG CANDY on my blog post.
