I just love this birdcage themed set!  The birdcage was designed by a friend of ours that is a graphic artist.  She asked us to include it in one of ours set to make it more convenient for her to complete 150 wedding favors!  We loved the idea and her bird cage too!  Then Jillian added the sentiments, stand and hanger to make it a darling set!

Time for a BBQ!

Hi!

Jennifer from Scrapping Under the Influence back with a really fun project! This week I'm working with our new Pleas{ANT} Picnic stamp set. I decided to make a little kid's favor box for a summer picnic along with a little cupcake flag.

The little fence box is an SVG file from SVG Attic (who has now shut down her site). I stamped the little ant border on the the bottom of each picket. I added the watermelon stamp that I cut out and pop dotted on the front. I made a little pinwheel as an embellishment. Inside the box is a wacky straw water bottle, glow-in-the-dark glasses, some snap pops, and some fruit snacks.

For the cupcake flag I used Jillian's {die}licious Flag Banner and the Everyday Flags stamp set and then added one of the little ants from the smaller ant border stamp.

On the end of the box is one of the sentiments from the Pleas{ANT} Picnic set. Inside I used the checkered border stamp to make a background that looks like a picnic blanket.

From The Library Of... {Book Loan System}

Hi Everyone! This is Nadia from Nadia's Beautiful Mess. Today I'm sharing with you a quick and clever project using two A Jillian Vance Design products.
I created a library card book loan system to insert into the inside cover of your books...or even CDs and DVDs.  Cut the pocket out using the {die}signer Pocket die and stamp using the All For You Labels stamp set.

For the loan cards, simply create a chart with two columns, one called "name" and the other "date".

This is such a fun set, you can stamp directly on the book or project to you can make book labels to adhere on to your books or as a gift!  I used the All for You Labels stamp set, the Emerald Cut {die}mond Nested Die set and {die}signer Pocket!  That was a Happy Accident that they fit the pocket! perfect for a teacher, child or anyone!

The chevron border is from Endless Borders stamp set.

Beautiful Feathers

Happy Thursday!

Jennifer from Scrapping Under the Influence here. This week we are all making projects using the new stamp sets that were released last week. This week I'm working with the Peacock Feathers stamp set.

I decided this set was perfectly suited to the spring Tim Holtz distress inks. I used a resist technique on this tag and it came out great! For more details and pics be sure and check out my blog, Scrapping Under the Influence!

Hey everyone! Today I have this card for you using the birdcage stamp, I love this one. It's so elegant and I love the style of the card. The way that I did the strip was I punched that first- then I cut a strip of the navy cardstock and just glued it to the edge, so when I folded the card, the navy would come through the punch. It's so simple!

Big Money and A Little Bird....

Happy Thursday!

Jennifer from Scrapping Under the Influence here. Today I'm showcasing two of our new stamps sets debuting tomorrow!

First up Big Money. For this project I used the Jewelry Box file from SVG Cuts Playful Parlour kit. I added Jillian's {die}signer Die Pocket on the inside on a little spring so that it pops out when you open the box.

For my second project I made a tag using the new A Little Bird set. I used a Ranger kraft tag as my base. I embossed the bird cage with gold Zing! embossing powder. I added some Tim Holtz Tissue Tape and some bird embellishments from Michaels.

Hey everyone! Today I have this fabulous card! I used the  A Jillian Vance Design {die}velop Foto Frames & {die}alogue Bubbles Die Set  and I really love it. Its a great die to use no matter what~ and you can do this with them! I honestly am super proud of this card~ its amazing  and fun to use!
And the Over the Hill stamp set is sure to be a favorite!

BBQ and Feathers...SNEAK PEEKS!

Hello Crafty Friends! It's Nadia from Nadia's Beautiful Mess.

Today I am showcasing 2 upcoming AJVD stamp sets!  First, I'm using the Pleas{ANT} Picnic stamp set to create a BBQ invitation.  The ants and other graphics on this stamp set are sooo adorable!

Next I used the Peacock Feathers stamp set to create this card. I used 4 stamps in this set. I stamped it in all different colours to create my own background paper. I think the key is to randomly stamp your image in all different directions.

June Release week is HERE!!!

June Release week is HERE!!! I am so excited for these sets, they are darling and fun!

They will be available in the A Jillian Vance Design store starting Friday June 15th! 

So today Bunny from Bunny Runs with Scissors, is showing us her Sneak Peeks!

didn't realize I used it for like EVERY card!  Jillian has designed most of them to fit most of our custom dies.  They will be listed with each set on Friday when we show the full release!

Over the Hill Stamp set is going to be a THRILL to use, so much fun and so many combinations!!!  This is one set Jillian has thought about for awhile but then we had several requests for one and so it was born!

Basically Birthdays is an awesome Birthday set with many different fonts and sizes of Birthday greetings! and coordinates with so many of our custom dies ~ including the sneak peek of this one coming in July!

 Peacock Feathers!  Well Jillian has wanted this for a while and our artist was busy so good things come to those who wait!  We love this feather and it has so many possibilities!
