Happy Birthday, America! Today is a celebration so I thought a birthday card for the USA might be appropriate. Kecia Waters on the blog today, the 4th of July!
To make this card, I cut three balloons for X-Press It cardstock using the AJVD "Balloon Trio Die" set. I colored the balloons with Copic markers and added some highlights with a white Prismacolor pencil. I arranged onto a white card panel framed with blue cardstock. I added a white star, also cut from the "Balloon Trio Die" set. The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and is from the AJVD stamp set "Happy Birthday". I drew in the balloon strings with a fine tip black marker.
