A Springy Hello Card

Spring is here ~ however, the weather doesn't feel it . . . been in the low 20's so it sure doesn't feel like Spring.
Don't you just love these soft colors of this card?
I used the Tag as the focal point, it was die cut from the new
Ken Oliver Crafts Watercolor paper.  I am loving his papers! Nice weight and one side is a bold design and the other is a subtle, washed out color of the bold side.  So versatile to use!
The Balloons were distressed with Broken China and Mustard Seed on the respective colored papers, which gave them some variations rather than just solid colored card stock.
Tied them withe Divine Twine and popped them out with the 3D Foam Squares!

Today I am featuring these products from A Jillian Vance Design:
Polka Dot Rectangle Backdrop
Silver Pear Pins

Other supplies:
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares
Ranger Distress Ink Broken China and Mustard Seed
Ken Oliver Crafts Watercolor Papers
Simple Stories Papers Color Vibe 6 x 6 pad
WorldWin Papers
Divine Twine in Lemon
