Hello everyone! Are you enjoying the projects made with all the new A Jillian Vance Design stamps and dies? Rosemary here today with a card I made using the new Signature Polka Dot cover plate die, as well the He is Risen 2.0 stamp set. The original He is Risen set was one of my favorites and I'm so glad that Jillian decided to expand and update the set to include additional sentiments and a new floral image!
For my card I die cut some patterned paper using the largest die from the Basic Rectangle Backdrop die set and then the Signature Polka Dot cover plate die from pink cardstock. The two were then adhered together. I stamped the pretty floral spray image from He is Risen 2.0 on smooth Bristol cardstock with watermark ink, heat set it in white and then colored it simply with ZIG markers. I then die cut it with a medium sized Stitched Dot Rectangle die. The sentiment was stamped on pink cardstock that I die cut with one of the Sentiment Strips 2.0 dies and then trimmed down to fit the card front. I layered up all the elements and then adhered everything to a yellow cardstock base.

ReplyDeleteA lovely card in that Pretty pastel pink. There's that great polka dot die again. I think that's my favorite from the release. But I also love the spring chick.
