Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!

Happy Friday and Happy 1st Day of the Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!! :)


If you haven't checked out any of these hops, I highly recommend you do! :) They are always so fun and inspiring!

So without further ado, here is a tag I made...


I used the Hoop It Up die set, along with a good old plain circle die for the base of my tag. I chose a light yellow cardstock for my outer hoop and layered it twice. For the middle of my hoop I choose a simple patterned paper and a kraft cardstock for the little 'closure at top' (I do not know what you call those?...lol I know how they work, though.) After, I used the Coffee, Tea & Me die set for my cup. I chose some patterned paper for the cup, again used a light yellow cardstock for the 'tea' and a light blue cardstock for the hearts.  I did layer my cup two times, the 'tea' three times and the hearts two times. To finish things off, I stamped my sentiment onto the cup and then added the 'tea'. Then I placed foam tape on the back and added it to the tag. Lastly, I added the hearts and some burlap twine. Sweet, yeah?!...

    I think the top part is called the adjuster since the screw is called an adjuster screw. Clever idea to make your cup into a tag. Nice job!
