Happy Wednesday everyone!! I know fall isn't here yet, but I'm in the mood to create fall inspired cards so I have another one to share today. This card uses the cute new Perfect Pumpkin die set and a sentiment from the Autumn Blessings.
This card is a super simple design based on the current layout from CAS(E) this Sketch. I started by blending some Spiced Marmalade distress oxide ink on some white cardstock. I did the same thing with Vintage Photo and Peeled Paint distress oxides. Once I had the depth of color I wanted I die cut the pumpkin, stem and leaves from each section. I wanted the pumpkin to stand out in the center so I actually cut it apart and then applied some Fired Brick distress oxide and more Spiced Marmalade to each piece for some shading. I trimmed a piece of patterned paper from Webster's Pages and adhered it to a kraft cardstock base. Some vellum was die cut with the arrow die from the Minnie Pearl Bookmark die, stamped it with watermark ink and then heat set with white embossing powder. I assembled my pumpkin and then added the banner. Adding this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge, as well as Word Art Wednesday.
