But First Coffee - CAS CARD

Hello everyone... Helen is here... Today I have a coffee themed CAS card to share with you.

I started to create the gradient print background using the Coffee Collage INKboss Inkpression Plate. This metal embossing plate is awesome! It gives emboss or deboss (letterpress) look background.

I blended 2 colors of Distress Inks on a heavyweight white cardstock using sponge. Then, I run it through my diecutting machine with the inkboss plate as it is for diecutting. I sprayed some water on it and dabbed it off with paper towel for extra distress look on the print.

I cut the panel diagonally to fit on my front card and leave about 1/3 top of the card for the sentiment and embellishment. I added the panel on the card with Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive Glue.

I stamped the sentiment from But First Coffee Stamp Set with Versafine Onyx Black ink using Mini MISTI that helps me to perfectly line the sentiment with the background panel, also I stamped it twice for crips and bold result.

Next, I stamped the coffee grinder image on a white cardstock with Vintage Photo Distress Ink using Mini MISTI. After that, I fussy cut it with micro-tip scissors. I added it on the card with 3D foam tape for extra dimension to the card.

My card is done. It is a quick and fun card to make. I hope you all enjoy it, too :)
Thanks a latte for stopping by today. Have a wonderful day!
