Faux CoverPlate Birthday

Good morning! Ardyth here with a fresh spring card. Now, if only spring would arrive! ;-)

I started with a 4.25 x 5.5 panel of white cardstock. I used the 2 largest Stitched Dot Rectangle dies to cut a frame.

I cut a bunch of Daisies from the same white cardstock and then I used removeable adhesive to lay them out on a scrap piece of paper, making sure I was happy with the placement. I then ran that scrap with the daisies through my die-cutting machine with the 2nd largest Stitched Dot Rectangle die. This ensured that my daisies would fit perfectly in my frame.

I used some Glad Press'n Seal to lift the daisies off the scrap paper. I then put permanent adhesive on their backs before laying the whole thing back into my frame on my card base. If you don't have Glad Press'n Seal, you can easily reposition the daisies yourself, one at a time.
I cut the daisy centres from white cardstock and blended Catherine Pooler inks on them, using a darker colour on one side to give the illusion of dimension.

I finished the card with a die cut sentiment.

Here's a quick video:
