hooray!

Happy Wednesday everyone!!  Stopping in with another card I made using the new Flower Burst cover plate die.  This time I used it as a stencil and paired it up with the new Hooray! die.

After I made the card I shared last week I had the negative die cut just sitting on my work space and I realized that it would be perfect to use as a stencil.  I got the chance to go to a local craft store that carries Ranger Distress Oxide inks, as well as Bo Bunny glitter pastes and picked up some Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink as well as a new glitter paste.  I specifically purchased the glitter paste with the idea to use it with the Flower Burst cover plate.  However, this time I used the new distress oxide ink I bought to create my stenciled background.  Once that was done I die cut the panel with a Stitched Dot Rectangle and set it aside.  I die cut the new Hooray! die three times from black cardstock, adhered them together and then adhered to the stenciled background.  To finish things off I found a sentiment in the Get Well Wishes set that had for you in it, masked off the rest of the sentiment and then stamped the for you in black ink.  Adhered the panel to a black cardstock base and I was done.  Going to add this to the current Simon Says Stamp Wednesday challenge to layer it up.
