witch way to the candy...

Hello everyone!! With Halloween just a couple of weeks away I have another Halloween card to share using the Witch die, as well as the Witch & Famous stamp set.

When I started to make my card I had an idea for how I wanted to use the Witch die, but after several attempts was unable to execute the idea to my satisfaction.   So it was back to the drawing board!  I decided to use the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch to help me out.  The papers are from the American Crafts Spooky paper pad.  I die cut the "moon" from the orange using a basic Circle Backdrop die and then darkened it up a bit with Carved Pumpkin and Vintage Photo distress inks.  After die cutting the witch from the bat paper I decided to die cut another one from cardstock to get her a bit more heft.  The spider paper was die cut with a Stitched Dot Rectangle and then Old Paper distress ink applied to the edges.  The sentiment from Witch & Famous was stamped in watermark in on vellum and heat embossed in black.   Layered everything up on a kraft cardstock base and I was done!
