Christ the Lord is Risen...

Happy Wednesday before Easter everyone!!  I have one final Easter card to share that uses the beautiful Simply Said: He is Risen stamp set and the newly release Art Deco Backdrop dies.  I have been dying to use the Art Deco Backdrop dies since I got them!!
I started off my card by stamping the largest sentiment from Simply Said:  He is Risen on watercolor cardstock with watermark ink and the clear embossing.  Once that was done I scribbled on two different blue ZIGs and then blending them out with clean water.  I let the panel dry and then die cut it with the main die from the Art Deco Backdrop set.  Isn't that die just gorgeous??? I haven't even used the other dies that come along with it!  I die cut some silver glitter cardstock with the largest Stitched Dot Rectangle die and then using spray adhesive adhered the exterior portion of the die to the silver glitter panel.  The watercolor paper I used was rather thin so I adhered the sentiment panel to another one die cut from cardstock and then popped up in the center with pop dots.  Super simple, but effective I think!
