Scrappy Valentine

Hello this is Yolie with today's project.  This is just one of my Valentine {Love} scrap containers.  I challenged myself to use paper from here to create all of my Valentine projects, so far so good.

I took the large chevron pattern Kraft paper and cut it down to create the card base.  I then took scraps, trimmed them down and tore a few of the edges.

I stamped the sentiment and a few of the hearts with Simply Said: Love Struck stamp set.  I found a sticker pack in the container and used the arrow, circle and the banner on top.

I found a clothespin and used it to hold the red jute bow.  The grey enamel dots look black against the dark red paper, but they are grey.

Thank you for visiting.
