Candles of Christmas

AJVD, Kecia Waters, Copic markers, stained glass, candles, Christmas, UTEE
The countdown is now officially on for Christmas.  Time to kick Christmas card production into high gear.  Kecia Waters on the blog today.

This card features the gorgeous AJVD stamp set of "Candles of Christmas".  I stamped the image onto X-Press It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink.  I colored the image with Copic markers.

I then applied Versamark Watermark ink all over the image and covered the image with Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel (UTEE).  I applied heat with my heat gun.  I repeated this step three times to get the desired thickness of enamel so that it appears like actual stained glass.

Once finished with this process, I adhered the image to some patterned paper from Basic Grey.  I then framed the panel with some kraft cardstock.
