give thanks...

Happy Wednesday A Jillian Vance Design fans!!! Rosemary here with another fall inspired card.  I used one of the leafs from the Leaves & Petals die set as well as a sentiment from the Autumn Blessings.
I started by doing some simple watercoloring on some watercolor cardstock using ZIG clean color makers in orange, yellow and red.  When the piece was dry I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Vintage Sepia, die cut the panel using the largest Stitched Dot rectangle die and then die cut the leaf from the center of the sentiment.  I cut three additional leaves from white and a ruby red cardstock and then stacked all the leaves inside the negative space finishing with the sentiment leaf on top.  I matted that piece with some additional ruby red cardstock that was die cut with the largest rectangle backdrop die.  To finish off my simple design I added three bronze AJVD sequins.  I'm going to add this to the current Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge of autumn.
