fall hope...

Hello A Jillian Vance Design fans!! Rosemary here with another card that I made using the beautiful Kelly's Hope stamp set.  This time I gave it fall spin by teaming one of the stamps from Kelly's Hope with the Autumn Blessings stamp set.
When I got the idea for this card I originally thought I would use one of the leaves from the Petals & Leaves die set, but after a trial run with my idea I realized that one of the leaf stamps from Autumn Blessings would fit perfectly were the balloon is in the word hope.  I masked off the heart shaped balloon and the balloon string before inking up the image with VersaFine Vintage Sepia ink and then stamping on cream cardstock.  Once that was done I stamped the leaf that I had inked up with pumpkin orange and ruby red ink.  I added a few more little leaves trailing down from the largest one using rust, orange and ruby red inks.  The letters in hope were colored in with a light green Wink of Stella pen.  Once that was done I die cut the panel with the Stitched Dot Rectangle and adhered it to my kraft cardstock base.  A bit of dark brown twine was added for a finishing touch.
