I do not fear the storms (masculine)

Hey y'all! Shelly, here!
Happy Friday!

Today, I'm sharing a simple masculine card with you!

I haven't used any of my embossing folders for awhile now. So I thought it would be nice to start using them again. ;) I used a woodgrain embossing folder and then used a sponge with some distress inks to color my embossed card. I chose a lighter and darker brown.

After, I stamped my anchor (from Simply Said: Anchor stamp set) on a piece of white cardstock, using a deep brown ink. Once done, I did a little fussy cutting. Before adding it to my card, I topped my anchor off with some twine.

Once finished, I added it to my card along with my sentiment strip.
Nice, simple, and masculine, yeah?!...

Great masculine card, Shelly! Love the gorgeously sponged woodgrain! The anchor is a great size, and I do love the sentiment. Fantastic card; you're an inspiration, and I do like this set. Have a great weekend. Bev
