Hi, Lisa here today with
Three versions of a tea light snowman using the Sam E. Snowman Shaker Die Set.
Now for a little tutorial showing you how to make three different tea light snowmen.
To protect the base, I took a scrap piece of copy paper, cut a small slit with scissors and slipped it over the bulb. I colored it once, let it dry then colored again. You can use a darker color or repeat these steps til its the shade you like.
Set your tea light (s) vertical with the battery at the bottom and let it settle where it sits still.
Make note of the spot, I used a piece of washi tape so I know where the bottom will be.
Arrange you face using the dots from the Sam E. Snowman dies.
I adhered them using Glossy Accents.
Aren't they cute? You can use them just like this vertically or hozontally. How cute would they be on your holiday table!
I cut out one hat, two long pieces, one from designer paper and one from heavy cardstock.
I adhered them all together. Then popped up the bottom of the hat with dimensionals.
Here is how you can sit them up and enjoy them.
I put a strip of score tape around the entire outside edge then put a piece of silver cord to hang the ornament with at the top then I will make a bow over it then tie the cord hanger.
Doesn't he make a great ornament?
