Five Cents Broom Rides Card

AJVD, Whimsie Doodles, Kecia Waters, Copic markers

Happy Monday!  Kecia Waters here on the AJVD blog and I'm so excited to get my hands on the newly released "Broom Rides" by Whimsie Doodles.  Just a darling Halloween set that I plan to get very inky in the next month.

To make this card, I stamped the witch image with a broom from "Broom Rides" with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto X-Press It cardstock.  I colored the image with Copic markers.

Using AJVD "Circle Backdrops" die set, I cut a partial circle around the image panel, using the out-of-the-box technique with the broom.  I framed this partial circle with black cardstock, also cut with AJVD's "Circle Backdrops".

Patterned paper from The Paper Studio and black cardstock from the layers of this card.  The sentiment, is from "Broom Rides" and was stamped using Versafine Onyx Black ink.

A ribbon, black button, and Baker's Twine put the finishing touches on this fun Halloween card.
