Fall Blessings Card

The leaves are still green and the flowers are blooming, but soon it will be Autumn! This card celebrates that wonderful season!

I made a shaped card using the largest Chalkboard Backdrop die, then layered another die cut patterned paper on top. I used Banner {die}tails stamped with Autumn Blessings, along with a Daily Doilies stamp and die.

Notice the edges of the die cut pieces? I embossed all of them, then sanded the edges of the patterned papers to highlight the embossing. Its super easy and it adds so much to the card.

The center cluster includes 3D Foam Leaves with embossing powder, Autumn Blessings stamped leaves that I fussy cut and adhered with 3D Foam Squares, and ribbon, along with a Black Pear Pin.

I thought a doily would look great here, but white would wash out, so I went with the bolder deep red, and I love it! I die cut and embossed the largest Daily Doilies die, then stamped and used embossing powder.

Thanks for looking today!
