Oh Happy Mini Canvas

Oh Happy Friday! Today I have a fun mini canvas with texture and stamping. It would make a perfect gift for someone special.

I started with the Charming Photos Stamp and Die Collection, and die cut the shape using chipboard, then adhered it to the mini canvas. I added an Adhesive Sheet, then crumbled tissue paper and rubbed it into the adhesive to create the texture.

From there I added stains, stamped the Dainty Dots Background Builder (a bit randomly), and the Oh Happy Day from the Charming Photos set. The word "day" didn't come out great, so I decided to cover it with a flower and button. The canvas is wrapped with ribbon to hide the unfinished sides.

This is a really fun way to use die cuts in a not so obvious way! And you can choose to get as messy, I mean creative, as you want with the colors and background.
Thanks for coming by today!
