Let it Snow

Hello everyone Elisa here from PerpetualStew with a "Let it Snow" card to share with you featuring Just Snowflakes and Snowflake Sentiments Stamp Sets. I love to emboss with clear embossing powder over colored inks.  So when I received the Just Snowflakes set I knew that is what I wanted to do...
Products used:
A Jillian Vance Design Just Snowflakes Stamp Set
A Jillian Vance Design Snowflake Sentiments Stamp Set

Here is a close up photo...

To get the snowflake background.  I cut a piece of a file folder to 4x4.  Stamped 2-3 of the snowflakes with Brilliance Moonlight White and then dumped UTEE on them and heated it up.  I stamped a few more snowflakes and did the same process.  Then I took out my Distress inks and inked the file folder from Tumbled Glass on top, Broken China in the Middle and Faded Jeans on the bottom.  You always want to go from light to dark.  I then spritzed it with water to let it run a bit and heated it back up.  Be careful to not rub the UTEE when it's hot. I then flicked a few water droplets onto my card and heated it again for the droplets to dry.

Feel free to hop on over to my blog at Perpetual Stew for complete step by step instructions and more projects throughout the week with the Snowflake stamp sets.
